• What is your delivery lead time?

  if the goods in stock, 1-3 days to ship; for special request on packing, 10-15days to ship; for big orders or special, 15-30 days to ship.
  

• Can ODM or OEM be supported? How much will it take?

  Yes, ODM and OEM are both supported. For ODM service, customized packing will need 10-15 days after receiving the design; for OEM service, general molds will need 30 or more days to make. 

• What is your shipping way?

  It's depends on client's request. Generally, for small quantity order, the goods can be shipped by express like Fedex, DHL or others express; for large volume, the goods can be shipped by sea, from Shanghai Port or Ningbo Port. 

• What terms do you accept?

  For delivery terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW

  For payment currency: USD, EUR, CNY

  For payment term: T/T, L/C, Credit Card, Paypal, Cash
